We’ve taken the following steps to lift the quality of our service:

  • Instrumental music is now playing at low volume in the waiting room to promote a calming environment.
  • When a doctor is running more than 15mins late patients are sent a notification informing them of the delay and approximate waiting time.
  • Improved service experience through effective communication by staff if doctor is running late
  • Changing Hotdoc appointment category to make it easy to select appointment based on personal circumstances
  • Internal training on staff to enhance communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service
  • Cultural training for staff to provide culturally appropriate and respectful care
  • New chairs in waiting room to replace existing uncomfortable chairs
