We’ve taken the following steps to lift the quality of services:

  • Instrumental music volume adjusted.
  • When a doctor is running more than 15mins late their patients are sent a notification informing them of the delay and approximate waiting time.
  • Improved service experience through effective communication by staff if doctor is running late.
  • Patient can now request for repeat script from their doctor through HotDoc. 
  • Internal training on staff to enhance communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service.
  • Cultural training for staff to provide culturally appropriate and respectful service.
